    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE.     Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus.
    • Proven ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, handle difficult situations, and meet performance targets.
