    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the dairy or cheese production industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of cheese production processes and machinery.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to oversee and maintain production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues.
